International students require study Visa to study in Guyana. A requirement for entry and studying in Guyana includes the following:
-Notarized copies of international passport, certificates
-The university processes the VISA application locally
-The approval process takes about a month
-Once approval is granted, a Visa is issued up on arrival at the airport in Guyana and the university Representatives would receive the students with an approval letter regarding the visa.
Only students with approval letter is allowed into Guyana to get the visa documents attested by the department of Education and then by the Guyanese Embassy locally.
